Meet our Dedicated Professional Staff

Michael Tye

I started in the insurance business in 1970, and opened my own agency in 1979. Three years as SCUBA instructor and as a store manager in the late 60’s left me with invaluable lessons in sales, service and communication skills. I also developed a love affair with the ocean that I enjoy to this day in the form of Blue Water Hunting. With my deep, local roots, I thoroughly enjoy having a staff of professionals which makes life easier for both our clients and employees.

Diana Gonzalez

In March 2001, I became a team member of Advanced Benefit Center as an administrative assistant. Shortly after, I was transitioned into business development and now Vice President of the agency. I have held a Life & Disability license since 1998 as well as have a degree in Business Management. I reside in Whittier with my husband, Raudel, and three children, Evadne, Lola and Jacob. I strive to maintain a happy family life by spending as much time with my family at home and on vacations. Our favorite vacation spot is Kauai in the Hawaiian Islands.

In my free time, I also enjoy reading, watching movies and maintaining an active lifestyle. Since 2007, I have been an active member of Soroptimist International of Whittier, an organization whose mission is “To improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world.” I feel that my dedication to my family, my work and in the community, brings praise to God and gives me a sense of fulfillment in everything that I do.

Nancy Huante

Raised in Pico Rivera, I moved to La Habra in 2002 when my husband and I married. We have a beautiful daughter who we adore and keeps us on our toes. I enjoy amusement parks with my family, traveling to beach resorts and salsa dancing.

My work history includes 9 years of customer service and administrative duties and as a paralegal in a law office for about three years.  In recent years, wanting to further my education, I have returned to school to pursue a degree in Business Management. In early 2010 I was very fortunate to get hired on with ABC


Sylvia Sanchez

Prior to joining the Advanced Benefit Center, I spent 13 years in the grocery retail business working at the store level and ultimately in the public affairs/communications division of the corporate office.

I’ve always loved being of service to my family, coworkers and clients. That’s why it’s such a good fit for me at Advanced Benefit Center. I joined ABC to do data entry in March 2016 and was promoted to administrative specialist four months later. In this role, I handle enrollment and eligibility and provide quotes to our client companies. It helps that our clients are heavily invested in providing their teams with great benefits.

My family consists of my husband of 25 years, our son, a US Marine, and three beautiful daughters attending college and high school. I love reading and spending time with my “faith sisters” in a spiritual book club. My volunteer work benefits the Knights of Columbus and the Hynes DES Portuguese Hall in Paramount, CA.

Jessika Antillon

I have a 20-year work history, most of which I have spent carrying out the role as an administrative assistant in a variety of fields. I am grateful to have been hired by ABC recently, a company that is full of friendly and helpful people that enjoy doing their job.

In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, catching up on my favorite shows, listening to music, and relaxing with friends.
